Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Capital Generic Control Library in collaboration with teams.
• Ensure understanding of controls performed by Finance teams.
• Organize certification process for Business Lines.
• Report on the quality of the control framework.
• Define risk-based approach for control testing campaign.
• Perform testing on central teams and report outcomes.
• Prepare the synthesis of testing outcomes to be shared in F&S committees.
• Follow up on recommendations related to Capital Reporting worldwide (including IG, external auditors and ECB).
• Support internal and external inspections regarding the permanent control framework.
• Understand production and control processes of 1LoD teams.
• Be fully knowledgeable about the Capital Generic Control Library and related procedures.
• Follow up on recommendations issued by internal/external control bodies.
• Implement the 2LoD testing program and report results and evidence through Group tools.
• Prepare summary documents and materials for stakeholders and committees at Group and Business Line level.
• Coordinate with 2LoD regional teams involved in the Capital Reporting process to gather information on control results and issues impacting data quality.
• Collaborate with OPC teams and the OPC Watchtower on topics related to control reporting tools.
• Actively support the Stream Leader, including reviewing certificates received at Group level.

📌 About the Role:

At our company, we are looking for a Capital Senior Auditor to join the Finance Second Line of Defense. This role will be based in Lisbon and will actively support the Capital Stream Leader, located in Paris, in supervising the permanent control framework related to accounting and financial information for prudential requirements (Basel IV, CRR3, ICAAP, COREP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Capital Generic Control Library, in collaboration with SMR-Capital Adequacy teams.
• Ensure a clear understanding of controls to be performed by 1LoD and 2LoD Finance teams.
• Organize the certification process for Divisions / Business Lines.
• Report on the quality of the control framework to relevant governance bodies.
• Define the risk‑based approach for the 2LoD control testing campaign.
• Perform 2LoD testing on central teams.
• Prepare the synthesis of testing outcomes to be shared in F&S committees.
• Follow up on recommendations related to Capital Reporting worldwide (including IG, external auditors and ECB).
