Job summary

KWAN ищет опытного backend-разработчика для работы над распределенными микросервисами на .NET 8 в рамках международной энергетической инфраструктуры. Ваша задача — проектировать, строить и поддерживать сервисы, обеспечивая масштабируемость, отказоустойчивость и поддерживаемость, используя асинхронное взаимодействие и облачные среды.

Вы будете участвовать в создании контрактов API, настройке CI/CD, логировании и мониторинге, работать в кросс-функциональной команде и принимать участие в код-ревью

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 8, including ASP.NET Core Web APIs, dependency injection, middleware and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures, including service decomposition, inter-service communication and resilience patterns (retries, circuit breakers, idempotency).
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka or AWS SQS/SNS, including event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Good understanding of distributed systems challenges, including eventual consistency, message ordering, delivery guarantees and error handling (dead-letter queues, retries).
• Experience developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Experience with automated testing (unit and integration) and clean code practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

The team designs, builds and evolves distributed backend platforms behind business-critical operations. The work centres on scalable microservices, event-driven communication and cloud-native solutions running in production. Reliability, security and long-term maintainability come first.
