Shore is seeking a C++ Developer in Lisbon to join an international team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining software solutions for the Fixed Income area, with emphasis on system integration, quality, and business understanding.

You will work closely with international teams, participate in code reviews, testing, and DevOps activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence in a hybrid Lisbon office environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in C++ software development.
• Knowledge of C#, Shell Script, Git and SQL.
• Summit SDK experience is a strong plus.
• Python and DevOps tools familiarity is a plus.
• Interest in Fixed Income and back-office workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient English level (C1).

We are looking for a C++ Developer to join an international team, based in the Lisbon office with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on the development and maintenance of software solutions for the Fixed Income area, with a strong emphasis on system integration, software quality, and business understanding. The successful candidate will work closely with international teams and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilites

• Develop and maintain software solutions for the Fixed Income area using Summit Software and its SDK;
• Work on the integration of different systems and entities following a service-oriented approach;
• Develop and strengthen knowledge of the Summit SDK, system architecture, and business processes;
• Ensure proper documentation of developments and solutions;
• Participate in automated and manual code review processes;
• Develop and maintain automated functional tests and unit tests;
• Contribute to the evolution of non-regression testing tools and other efficiency solutions;
• Support DevOps-related activities when required;
• Collaborate with international teams and different functional areas;
• Contribute to the quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement of software solutions.

Requisitos mínimos

• Professional experience in software development with C++;
• Knowledge of C#, Shell Script, Git, and SQL;
• Knowledge of Summit SDK is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of Python, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Digital.ai/XLDeploy is a plus;
• Interest in or knowledge of the financial industry, particularly Fixed Income products;
• Knowledge of Back Office workflows, including clearing, confirmation, payments, and accounting, is a plus;
• Experience with testing and mapping business processes and protocols is a plus;
• Strong autonomy, organizational, and prioritization skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong team spirit and a sense of ownership for software quality and maintenance;
• English: C1 level.
