A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an Italian-speaking professional to support vehicle purchase and sales operations. The role involves managing contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication in Italian and English. Are you ready to dive into the fascinating world of automotive commerce? We're looking for a dynamic and organized Italian-speaking professional to support vehicle purchase and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector. If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management, and are fluent in Italian, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your Italian language skills;
  2. Manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;
  3. Coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad;
  4. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both Italian and English;
  5. Work within an area requiring strong business management support;
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken);
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  3. Clear and effective communication skills;
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation;
  5. Knowledge of logistics and transport processes (preferred);
  6. Previous experience in administrative support or business management roles (preferred);
  7. Good English communication skills;
