O candidato ideal tem 1+ ano de experiência e conhecimento SAP-MM, com Inglês avançado. A função é híbrida, integrada numa equipa internacional, com foco em melhoria contínua e suporte a stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experiência prática com pelo menos 1 ano em Procurement ou Master Data.
• Conhecimento SAP MM PUR – Purchasing Module.
• Compreensão geral de Procurement & Purchasing.
• Inglês avançado; outras línguas são desejáveis.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar atividades de aquisição atribuídas e quality-check de PR.
• Gerar ordens de compra e monitorizar o progresso de pedidos.
• Gerir criação e manutenção de fornecedores.
• Oferecer serviços a stakeholders e utilizadores chave, incluindo training.

What the job looks like:

• Execute purchasing assigned activities such as: Quality-check on PR, Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring, Tracking of Goods & Services, Preferred Vendors Administration
• Execute Vendor Creation & Maintenance activities
• Ensure all requests are processed in adherence to Procurement Policies and standards SLAs
• Provide Stakeholder & Key User Services such as : Service Desk, End User Training & Support
• Ensure standardroutines are updated
• Provide Vendor support & training towards Procurement Process Creation & Maintenance of Supplier Master Data support
• Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and KPIS and ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, standardization & automation of processes
• Ensure close relation and interaction with Global Procurement Organization, Finance & MD Teams & stakeholders at global level.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Relevant practical experience with at least 1 year in a comparable role in Procurement, Master Data or similar areas
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP MM PUR - Purchasing Module
• General understanding of Procurement & Purchasing
• Optional: Experience in cross-functional projects
• Desired generalknowledge about Lean Six Sigma´s & DMAIC methodology
• Advance level of English
• Additional languages like German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian are desired
• SAP-MM experience
• Critical Thinking
• Customer orientation
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Teamwork.
