Grünenthal está à procura de um analista de Procurement para desenvolver e otimizar relatórios e dashboards de performance usando Power BI. O papel envolve colaboração com equipas globais, melhoria contínua de qualidade de dados e suporte à tomada de decisão.

Perfaz uma posição híbrida, com exigência de iniciativa, domínio de Excel/Power BI e capacidade de trabalhar com várias áreas (Procurement, Finanças, TI). Fluência em inglês é essencial; conhecimento de espanhol e alemão é valorizado.

Qualificações

• Diploma preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power Query/Alteryx/Think-cell são uma mais.
• Experiência a criar dashboards e relatórios com Power BI ou ferramentas BI.
• Experiência com SAP MM e BW; área de Procurement é um plus.
• Alto poder de iniciativa, autonomia e capacidades analíticas.
• Curiosidade e vontade de aprender novas ferramentas, tecnologias e processos.
• Fluente em inglês; espanhol e alemão são um plus.
• Boas competências de comunicação e experiência com equipas diversas.
• Capacidade de gerir múltiplas prioridades num ambiente dinâmico.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar, manter e melhorar relatórios de desempenho recorrentes para Global Procurement & ESO e partes interessadas.
• Desenvolver, automatizar, manter e melhorar dashboards e relatórios de procurement com Power BI.
• Análises ad-hoc sobre gasto, desempenho de sourcing, poupanças e outros KPIs.
• Monitorizar e melhorar a qualidade dos dados de procurement para relatórios fiáveis.
• Colaborar com Procurement, Finanças, Controlling, TI e parceiros externos para alinhar requisitos de reporting.

What the job looks like:

Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Prepare, maintain and continuously improve recurrent performance reports for Global Procurement & ESO and key stakeholders;
• Develop, automate, maintain and continuously improve Procurement performance dashboards and reports using Power BI;
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on spend, sourcing performance, savings,, maverick spend, and other key procurement metrics to support business decision-making;
• Monitor, validate, and improve procurement data quality to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business insights, using specific IT tools (e.G. SpendScape);
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Controlling, IT, and external partners to align reporting requirements and support analytical process improvements.

What you’ll bring to the table:

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have

• Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power Query, Alteryx, or Think-cell are a plus;
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools;
• Experience withSAP MM and BW, and in a Procurement area are a plus;
• High degree of self-initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities;
• Curiosityand willingness to learn new tools, technologies and processes;
• Fluent inEnglish. Spanish and German are a plus;
• Good communication skills; experience interacting with diverse teams (virtual, cross functional and cross cultural);
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• KnowledgeaboutProcurement processes is a plus.
