What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities)

As a key expert and the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking business clients, you will:

  • Personalized Support:Provide dedicated and personalized support to business travelers.
  • Problem Solving:Proactively resolve travel and technical issues, from simple queries to urgent emergencies.
  • Industry Expertise:Stay updated with travel industry knowledge to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service.
  • Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with global teams and share essential feedback for the continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Client Relationships:Meet and exceed performance targets while building strong relationships with clients.
What We're Looking For (Your Profile)

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications aremandatory and essential:

  • Language Skills:Professional fluency in Italian (C1+) and English (C1+)is required.
  • GDS Experience:Proven experiencein usingGDS systems(Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileois mandatory).
  • Service Background:A history incustomer service, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Soft Skills:Metrics-driven, with excellent communication skills and a facility for collaboration.
  • Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce is a bonus).
  • Availability:Flexibility to workrotating schedules(Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 10 PM).
