PwC Portugal, Porto, is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to join our Consulting practice and help clients seize opportunities by solving their toughest problems through digitalization and process optimization. You will participate in management projects, integrate into project teams with juniors and support senior colleagues, and collaborate with digital, risk, tax and advisory units to deliver tangible outcomes.

Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a Big Four firm or similar.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in management consulting projects with clients, integrating into project teams that include junior members while supporting senior colleagues.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including other PwC business units such as IT Strategy, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Tax and Legal Advisory, M&A, among others.
• Contribute to internal management and team motivation activities.
• Provide support for commercial initiatives, particularly in developing tailored approaches to tackle client challenges.

Your Profile
