Irá apoiar processos de recrutamento, gerir a equipa, coordenar necessidades de staffing e atuar junto de clientes no seu domínio de atuação. Requisitos incluem licenciatura relevante, 3+ anos de experiência, fluência em inglês e em português.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Ciência da Computação, Gestão ou área relacionada.
• Mais de 3 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes.
• Fluência em inglês e em português (obrigatória).

Responsabilidades

• Gerir recursos da área de atuação para assegurar rentabilidade dos projetos, incluindo staffing adequado.
• Apoiar a seleção e aprovação de processos de recrutamento para a equipa.
• Garantir as necessidades de staffing dos projetos e o alinhamento com clientes.
• Liderar e desenvolver a equipa, promovendo um ambiente de alto desempenho.
• Gerir relacionamentos com clientes no domínio de conhecimento correspondente.

YOUR ROLE

We're looking for a Business Operations Support professional who can bring added value to our projects. You'll take ownership of operations within your area of expertise, managing your own resources. You'll be responsible for ensuring profitability through effective staffing, upselling, contract renewals, and team leadership.

Support the selection and approval of the recruitment processes for your team.

Ensure and follow up the staffing needs of the projects.

Be responsible for the management and development of your team.

Manage and address the needs of clients in your domain knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

More than 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).

Autonomous, proactive, and positive mindset.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
