Job summary

Fyld in Portugal is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer specializing in Microsoft tools to transform data into actionable insights. You will design data models, develop dashboards, and implement ETL/ELT processes across source systems.

Ideal candidate has strong SQL, DAX, MDX, M skills, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and certification exposure (PL-300/DA-100 are a plus); English fluency is required to collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in BI projects using Microsoft tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools, including SQL Server, Power BI Desktop and Service, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory.
• Strong knowledge of query languages: SQL, DAX, MDX, and M (Power Query).
• Experience in data modeling and data warehouse design, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration from multiple sources, using tools like Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Ability to translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
• Skill in creating interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for end-users.
• Microsoft BI certifications (e.g., PL-300, DA-100, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Fluent in English.
