Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, and build robust data pipelines leveraging MS SQL Server.

The role is hybrid, combining client-site collaboration with flexible remote work. You will work with Python for data processing and automation, partnering with business teams to translate needs into scalable BI

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience in BI/data analyst roles with Power BI and Tabular models.
• Strong MS SQL Server knowledge including queries and data modelling.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.

As a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst, you will be a key contributor to an exciting technology project at a client site in Lisbon, working at the intersection of data, analytics, and business insight. In a hybrid working model, you will help organisations make better decisions by turning complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging Tabular models to deliver clear and impactful data visualisations for business stakeholders
• Building and optimising data pipelines and queries using MS SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability across BI solutions
• Using Python to support data processing, automation, and analytical tasks, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of data workflows
• Collaborating closely with business teams and data owners to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into robust and scalable BI solutions
• Identifying data quality issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that reporting and analytics outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy and relevance

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded BI professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst/Developer role, with strong hands-on proficiency in Power BI and Tabular models
• Solid working knowledge of MS SQL Server, including query writing, data modelling, and performance optimisation in production environments
• Practical experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, or analytical purposes, with a structured and quality-focused approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to critically assess data, identify inconsistencies, and drive improvements with rigour and precision
• A collaborative and adaptable team player, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable working in a hybrid, client-facing environment
