Description
- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations teams
- Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Drive pricing strategies and profitability improvements across products, projects and customers
- Monitor sales mix, margins and key business drivers to identify growth opportunities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, business planning and ROI analysis activitiesSupport international growth initiatives through financial evaluation and performance tracking
- Contribute to the enhancement of reporting capabilities and management information
- Play an active role in BI and ERP transformation projects, helping improve data quality, visibility and decision-making
Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Controlling or Sales Controlling
- Commercial mindset combined with solid financial analysis and modelling skills
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across different functions
- Experience in manufacturing environments is valued
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English is essential
