Business Continuity & Crisis Management Analyst

The Security & BC Networks Portugal area of Networks Platform is looking to recruit a Business Continuity & Crisis Management Analyst.
What you will do:
- Supporting the establishment of Business Continuity (BCMS), Crisis Management and Physical Security objectives, with a view to increasing E-REDES' organizational resilience.
- Participating in the preparation of Contingency, Crisis Management and Business Continuity procedures and plans, and collaborating in their implementation and testing, with a view to achieving the company's objectives.
- Supporting the implementation, monitoring and control of the actions and processes included in the scope of the BCMS and Physical Security, in conjunction with other company Organizational Units.
- Promoting coordination with other Business Units in the Group, as well as with external entities, within the scope of activities in the area of Security & Business Continuity.
- Ensuring the procedural and document management of Security and the SGCN, certified according to ISO 22301, in order to promote its continuous improvement, consistency and compliance.
- Preparing and monitoring Business Continuity audits, in accordance with certification requirements, and supporting vulnerability analysis and security incident assessment.
- Supporting the company's participation in European projects and other national and international forums related to the activities of this area, in the fields of Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Management, Economics and/or Engineering or related areas.
- At least 3 years' professional experience in areas directly related to Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Organizational Resilience.
- Knowledge in the implementation and maintenance of certified management systems and in the fields of physical security management is valued.
- Collaboration and networking skills, communication, proactivity, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a high commitment to security, are critical to the performance of the role.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments with regulatory complexity.
- In addition, knowledge of:
- Risk Analysis and Assessment (Operational);
- Physical Security Implementation and Management;
- Application of International Standards (ISO);
- Continuous Improvement and Project Management;
- Energy Distribution Business.
- Proficiency in English (intermediate level) and MS Office tools;
- Driving license and willingness to travel.
