• At least 4 years' professional experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst;
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, with experience in the HAM and SAM modules being highly valued;
• Excellent ability to analyze functional requirements, according to the needs of the business and the various teams involved;
• Strong ability to recommend and implement functional and technical solutions, according to the requirements identified;
• Experience and ability to provide consultancy to clients, suggesting developments in the ServiceNow platform;
• Ability to support the structuring of implemented functionalities;
• Good ability to lead functional workshops with operational teams and business stakeholders;
• ITIL V3 certification (minimum);
• Certifications such as CIS - CSM, CIS - FSM, CSA, Micro Certification - CMDB are valued;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of Spanish is valued;
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail, rigor and autonomy.
