What we are looking for?

• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations or Stress Tests (mandatory)
• Previous banking experience (a plus)
• Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• Knowledge of PySpark (a plus)
• Knowledge of Dataiku (a plus)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (a plus)
• Strong teamwork, client focus, rigor, and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Results-oriented and able to manage projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to simplify complex information for different stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-changing and demanding environment
• Comfortable with multitasking
• Fluency in English (C1, mandatory); French is a plus
