Banco CTT seeks to recruit a Business Analyst to join the Marketing and Communication Directorate, in the Commercial Planning team, in Lisbon.

Задачи

• Ensure the planning and optimization of the Sales Network’s commercial performance through data analysis, the definition of objectives and the development of business insights, contributing to strategic decision-making and the maximization of the Bank’s commercial results.
• Define commercial objectives for each point of sale, aligned with the Bank’s strategy;
• Monitor the network’s commercial performance, ensuring the continuous tracking of results;
• Conduct rigorous and clear business analyses to support decision-making;
• Identify and explore new business insights;
• Prepare structured and impactful briefings for commercial cycles (quarterly);
• Define and calculate commercial incentive mechanisms, including the design of effective campaigns aligned with budgetary constraints;
• Prepare recurring communications, acting as a link between the Bank and the Store Network;
• Develop management dashboards, ensuring knowledge and use of the Bank’s data systems;
• Prepare business committees, ensuring regular reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate on strategic projects, leading workstreams;
• Support the definition of the commercial strategy, particularly in relation to network expansion/optimization and store types;
• Contribute to the optimization of in-store processes, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.

Требования

• Academic background preferably in Economics, Management, Statistics, Engineering or similar fields;
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking or financial/strategic planning;
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on solving quantitative problems;
• Proficiency in analytical tools, namely Excel, Power BI and SQL;
• Proactivity, autonomy and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
