Affinity is a Portuguese technology consulting company inviting a data-focused Business Analyst to join our hybrid Lisbon team. You will work in our Data Office with emphasis on data lineage, governance, and regulatory compliance, collaborating across departments to map data flows and ensure quality.

The role requires strong analytical ability, EUC awareness, and experience with Collibra, Informatica, and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, ideally within a Data Office or Data Project Management environment.
• Strong expertise in Data Lineage, including experience with data mapping and documentation tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Data Lineage, End User Computing (EUC) and BCBS 239 regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality Management principles.
• Solid understanding of databases and good familiarity with data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data processing and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• French proficiency is mandatory.
