We are currently looking for Business Analyst AICEP

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements with AICEP teams.
• Contribute to the definition of workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators.
• Support data modeling and the design of dashboards and reports.
• Validate functionalities during development and testing phases.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in functional/business analysis roles.
• Experience in data-driven projects, KPIs, and reporting.
• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• PBA (PMI) or ECBA (IIBA) certification.
• Knowledge of public sector or funded incentive programs (nice to have).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have).
• Immediate or short-term availability.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid
