A Dellent procura um Business Analyst para trabalhar em Lisboa, com modelo híbrido. O candidato ideal possui experiência em contabilidade bancária, conhecimento de sistemas de informação financeira e gestão de projetos.

É necessário mestrado em Contabilidade/Finanças, fluência em inglês e residência em Portugal. Oferecemos integração em equipa, formação personalizada e onboarding remoto.

Qualificações

• Experiência desejada em contabilidade bancária (mínimo 3 anos).
• Conhecimentos de sistemas de informação financeira.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir as soluções funcionais de interfaces financeiras que alimentam os fluxos de reporting.
• Definir esquemas operacionais e de contabilidade com base nas necessidades do projeto.
• Desenhar a estrutura de fluxos de dados para alimentar sistemas financeiros.
• Documentar especificações funcionais/técnicas para equipas de IT e sistemas financeiros.
• Coordenar tarefas entre stakeholders para acelerar a entrega.
• Contribuir para a evolução do plano de contas, se necessário.
• Participar nos testes de implementação e em fases de impressão de relatórios.
• Prestar suporte de pós-implantação aos utilizadores de reporting.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in Lisboa (Hybrid).

Key responsibilites:

• Handle the functional solutions of financial interfaces, that feed the main reporting streams (financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity and credit risk);
• Performing functional specifications and implementation of projects:
• Define the operational and accounting schemes and the framework of controls based on the first global need expressed by project manager in context of a pre study;
• Define also the structure of data flows with the necessary information to feed finance systems;
• Document the functional/technical specifications of the solution to be set up by other teams such as operating systems IT, Financial IT systems, Engineering for parametrization in the accounting interpreter;
• Coordinate the tasks and actions from the different stakeholders by ensuring the time to market of the delivery;
• Set up evolution of chart of accounts if necessary for the solution adopted;
• Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project;
• Carry out all accounting and reporting test phases;
• Ensure an aftercare support for reporting users;

Requirements:

• Experience in banking;
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus (minimum 3 years);
• Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products;
• Knowledge of financial Information Systems;
• Experience of project management;
• Experience with MS Excel;
• Master's degree in Accounting / Finance;
• Candidates must be living in Portugal;
• Fluent in English;
