The Role

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst for a national project.

Your Day to Day

• Support the implementation and maintenance of a unified expense claims management tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request), based on a standardized Core Model;
• Simplify and harmonize operational processes across entities;
• Increase visibility over expense claims submitted by different entities;
• Identify opportunities for tool and reporting enhancements aligned with the Core Model;
• Translate business needs into functional specifications in accordance with the Core Model;
• Validate technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team;
• Assist in the functional specification and configuration of the expense claims tool;
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget;
• Plan, execute, and close projects effectively;
• Define and execute test procedures and follow up on test results;
• Gather and analyze business requirements as needed;
• Assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

What We're Looking For

• +3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/IT;
• Experience on Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur, other);
• Solid knowledge of business analysis and/or system implementation;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies;
• SAP user knowledge (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD) is a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
