WE ARE META connects consultants with national and international partners across the tech sector. As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will help match consultants to roles, ensuring policy and culture alignment while supporting their career growth.

This role offers a hybrid setup with two days in the office in Alfragide, Portugal, including access to a dedicated career coach and a broad partner network to advance your expertise.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner with a focus on OMS & Last Mile.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and identifying operational improvements.
• Ability to elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Involvement in testing and validation cycles for new functionalities, ensuring full requirements coverage.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and business information across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Portuguese.
• Hybrid model availability: 2 days per week in office, based in Alfragide, Portugal.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner with a focus on OMS & Last Mile
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying, enabling identification of operational improvements and logistics optimisation
• Ability to elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications aligned with stakeholder and end-user needs
• Involvement in testing and validation cycles for new functionalities, ensuring full requirements coverage before production deployment
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and business information clearly across internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure, think critically in complex scenarios, and drive results with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Portuguese
• Availability for a hybrid model, 2 days per week in office, based in Alfragide, Portugal
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
