Job summary

BNP Paribas Portugal is seeking a Budget Monitoring Coordinator to oversee budgeting, invoicing, and cost efficiency for ITPS projects. The role involves coordinating with managers, preparing budget syntheses, and updating resource plans and documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor in Economics/Finance/Accounting, up to 2 years in IT or client management, and fluency in English and French. A rigorous, client-focused, and analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance and/or Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in IT and/or Client Management.
• Knowledge of portfolio management for applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor invoicing process for a dedicated ITPS scope.
• Ensure consistency of project portfolio actuals with managers.
• Drive monthly budget review and synthesize budget highlights.
• Collect and update resource plans with domain managers.
• Update reference documentation for budgets and reforecasts.
• Organize budget communication with digital channels for ITPS scope.
• Participate in governance with Transformation Office team.
• Manage budget alerts and issues.

About The Job

• The Budget Monitoring Coordinator is in charge of the budget and costs coverage, reporting and management of the costs efficiency and definition of the budget planning

Your Main Activities Are

• Monitor of invoicing process for a dedicated scope within the IT Payment Services (ITPS) department
• Control the consistency of actuals for the project portfolio in relationship with the managers
• Drive the budget monthly review
• Formalize the synthesis of budget highlights and key points
• Collect, control and update resource plans with domain managers
• Collect, control and update reference documentation for notified budget and reforecasts
• Organize the budget communication with digital supports for a dedicated scope within the ITPS department
• Actively participate to the governance with transformation office team
• Manage alerts and budget issues

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor Degree Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology and/or Client Management
• Knowledge of application Portfolio Management
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
