Vodafone is seeking a TV Engineering and Delivery professional to join the TED team to drive platform and service integration across multiple European markets. You will ensure end-to-end configuration of TV features and maintain consistency across environments.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Development teams, manage vendors, and support testing, certification, incident analysis, and post-delivery fixes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in telecoms or video technologies preferable.
• Understanding of agile development and delivery methodologies preferable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the integration of platform and services as part of the VTV program across several markets.
• Assure end-to-end configuration of TV features keeping configuration consistency across markets and environments.
• Coordination and vendor management in the deployment of TV projects to guarantee time to market and compliance to requirements.
• Analyse technical documentation from Architecture and Development teams and assess improvements for productive environments.
• Support certification processes and develop automated testing mechanisms to ensure quality.
• Support Operations in post-delivery period including incident analysis and delivering fixes.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for execution of activities.
• Solution design & implementation, including validation and post deployment support.
• Lifecycle and capacity management.
• End-to-end configuration management.

What you’ll do

• Support Operational teams in post-delivery period, including technical analysis of incidents, bugs or performance issues and help designing and delivering fixes;

Who you are

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
