wTVision, based in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Corporate Innovation & R&D Project Consultant to support and document innovation initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating internal projects, tracking milestones, and developing proposals with a strong emphasis on technical writing and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will identify funding opportunities (SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030) and assist with submission processes, ensuring outputs are accurate and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year supporting innovation, R&D, funding or technology-driven projects.
• Strong technical writing, reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear deliverables.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support, structure and document internal innovation and technology projects.
• Lead project follow-up; define and track OKRs, MVPs and milestones.
• Produce structured technical documentation, proposals and reports.
• Identify funding and incentive opportunities and support submissions.
• Monitor progress, compile reports and coordinate with teams and partners.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards and are technically accurate.
• Prepare technical and financial documentation across lifecycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of innovation and R&D processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support, structure, and document internal innovation and technology projects.
• Lead project follow‑up, define and track OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones.
• Produce clear, structured technical documentation, proposals, reports, and project deliverables.
• Identify relevant funding and fiscal incentive opportunities (e.g., SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030) and support application preparation and submission processes.
• Monitor project progress, compile reports, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, are technically accurate, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of innovation and R&D processes within the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience supporting innovation, R&D, funding, incentive management, or technology‑driven projects.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured, understandable deliverables.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Nice‑to‑Have / Plus

• Experience with innovation funding instruments, tax incentives, or public funding programs such as SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030, Horizon Europe, or similar initiatives.
• Previous experience in consulting, innovation management, or R&D support activities.
• Experience in the broadcast, media, software, or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
