PPOAR in Braga, Portugal is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to plan and implement strategies that boost sales and brand visibility in our retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate representation and effective promotion of products.

You will collaborate with the sales team to optimize product displays, promotions and store events, ensure accurate shelving, and analyze sales data to drive future merchandising decisions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Knowledge of current merchandising trends and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must be able to travel within Braga regularly.
• Must have valid work authorization in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
• Plan and execute product displays, promotions and events in retail stores
• Ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
• Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques and promotional strategies
