What We Do

At Ovom Care, we are redefining reproductive healthcare by integrating AI-driven decision support with compassionate, in-person care. Our modern clinics provide truly personalized fertility solutions, making reproductive care more accessible, effective, and tailored to each patient’s unique journey.

As we continue to grow, we are launching a new function focused on lead activation and conversion. We are looking for a Patient Booking & Conversion Specialist to proactively engage with prospective patients, helping them book their first consultation and take the first step in their fertility journey.

Your role

As a Patient Booking & Conversion Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many patients. Your mission is to guide them to book their first consultation and ensure they attend. Through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-ups, and empathetic communication, you will help turn interest into action and support patients at a pivotal stage in their journey.

This role combines service, sales, and purpose — with a strong focus on building trust, delivering clarity, and creating a warm and responsive first experience with Ovom Care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact leads via phone and WhatsApp to encourage consultation bookings.
  • Ensure patients attend their scheduled consultations through reminders and follow-ups.
  • Re-engage past leads by identifying the right moment to reach out and activate interest.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries across channels, providing clear, helpful guidance.
  • Communicate our services, care pathways, and pricing in a transparent and confident manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and medical teams to ensure patients receive the right support.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain high standards of communication and data handling.

Please note: This position requires native-level proficiency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English. Applications that do not meet both language requirements will not be considered.

Your profile

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer care, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially via phone and messaging platforms.
  • A goal-oriented mindset, comfortable working with targets and structured follow-ups.
  • Confidence and empathy when speaking to patients about sensitive health-related decisions.
  • A proactive, resilient approach — someone who takes initiative and follows through.
  • Availability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling.
