Job summary

Experis seeks a senior BIM Lead to drive the development, implementation and management of BIM processes across data center projects. You will ensure BIM is integrated through concept, design, construction and handover, delivering coordinated, data-rich models to support design, cost control and operations.

Lead BEP development, BIM standards, and cross‑team collaboration while mentoring design and delivery staff in BIM tools and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
7+ years of BIM management in large multidisciplinary design or construction environments.
Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC and related platforms.
Experience with ISO 19650 workflows, BIM standards, and document management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Portuguese; experience with digital twins is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and manage BIM strategy, standards, and BEPs aligned with ISO 19650.
Oversee creation, validation, and coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models.
Drive integration of BIM across project phases, from sales to handover.
Lead collaboration with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Mentor teams on BIM processes and tools and ensure data-rich outputs.
