CallForTalents is seeking an Accounts Receivable / O2C specialist in Porto, Portugal, to handle order processing, invoicing, and cash applications. The role requires fluent French and advanced English, a finance-related degree, and knowledge of ERP systems.

You will maintain customer master data, monitor AR aging, and support month-end closes. On-site work Monday to Friday, with private health insurance and meal allowance as part of perks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Generate invoices and credit notes per policies.
• Perform daily cash application of customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end & quarter-end closing, and audits.
