BA Glass Group in Vila Nova de Gaia is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a customer support specialist. This role involves daily communication with customers to assist with their purchases and requests, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our efforts.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Languages, Business Relations, or a similar field and must be fluent in Spanish, with Portuguese highly preferred. Experience in customer management and tools like SAP will be beneficial.

Qualificações

• Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar.
• Experience in customer management and oriented towards customers.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and preferentially fluent in Portuguese.
• Good energy, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in SAP or another ERP, Salesforce, or another ticketing tool is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily communication with customers on purchases and requests.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Manage customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments.
