About the role

This is an opportunity to integrate the team accountable to give support to our customers and guarantee the sales flow, where our main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the daily communication with our customer to support their purchases and requests, develop a long term customer relationships and manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments.
