You will handle inquiries via email and chat, collaborate with Product Operations, Engineering, and other teams, and educate advertisers on product features while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting service targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or advertising technology environment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
