Overview

Responsibilities
  • As a bid manager you are responsible for bid preparation during the project acquisition phase of our international projects
  • You have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating bid projects, as well as for managing technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • You are responsible for proposal costs, and your project budget, including associated calculations.
  • You analyze customer requirements, coordinate the systems design, and identify/evaluate project risks
  • You handed the detailed planning of proposal preparation ( bid strategy, schedule, proposal costs, and target price)
  • You organize and lead proposal milestone meetings and present your project status to management
Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
  • You bring solid experience in (bid) project management
  • You have industry experience (in logistics is a plus).
  • You are a committed, responsible team player who keeps set goals and improvements in focus and is capable of inspiring other for joint projects
  • You have intercultural experience and are open to challenges
  • You have strong knowledge in English (any other language is a plus)
  • Exciting tasks in a growing, oriented industry player
