Qualificações

• 2-4 anos de experiência em gestão de propostas ou projetos.
• Fluência em inglês; idiomas adicionais são um plus.

The role

As a bid facilitator, you will manage the bid process efficiently, coordinate all activities, and support proposal development to increase our chances of winning deals.

How you'll make an impact

• Oversee the entire bidding process, including bid ceremonies, kick-offs, approvals, assessments, retrospectives, and workshops.
• Assist opportunity owners in developing clear win strategies, highlighting company strengths and meeting client needs.
• Ensure thorough documentation and effective use of tools.
• Maintain tools, templates, and data storage for bid management.
• Develop reusable assets and improve reference management.
• Provide training materials for opportunity owners on bid processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct post-bid reviews to identify improvements and implement best practices.

What is important to us

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• 2-4 years of experience in bid or project management
• Good understanding of AI tools and prompting
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and independent work ethic
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage group dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
