Mission:

The Bellman is responsible for assisting guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, upholding the brand's service standards. This role ensures a warm welcome and farewell, enhancing the overall guest experience.

What will you have to do?
  • Greet and assist guests: Provide a warm and professional service upon arrival and departure, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Handle and store luggage: Safely manage guests' luggage, ensuring their belongings are in good condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Provide information: Offer guests details about hotel services, transportation options, and local attractions with a proactive attitude.
  • Communicate with the front desk: Stay informed about arrivals, departures, and special guest requests, including VIPs. Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, ensuring quick and professional resolution.
What are we looking for?
  • Education: Training in hospitality or tourism.
  • Languages: Portuguese; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service techniques, access control, evacuation procedures, and communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
