This role combines operational excellence, creative beverage leadership, and team inspiration to deliver an exceptional atmosphere where service, energy, and sophistication meet.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Head Bartender in luxury venues.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits.
• Leadership and inventory-management capabilities in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily bar operations with efficient, high-quality service.
• Lead, inspire, and schedule the bar team.
• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail and beverage program.
• Manage stock, suppliers, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including VIP service and issue resolution.

Profile:

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury beach club, hotel, or high-end venue;
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits;
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate dynamic teams;
