The Bar Manager is responsible for leading all bar operations at JNcQUOI Beach Club, ensuring an elevated, vibrant, and seamless beverage experience aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.

This role combines operational excellence, creative beverage leadership, and team inspiration to deliver an exceptional atmosphere where service, energy, and sophistication meet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service;
• Lead, inspire, and schedule the bar team;
• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail and beverage program;
• Manage stock, suppliers, inventory, and cost control;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards;
• Monitor performance and drive profitability;
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including VIP service and issue resolution.

Profile:

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a luxury beach club, hotel, or high-end venue;
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits;
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate dynamic teams;
• Financial acumen and inventory management experience;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy seasonal environment.
