O candidato ideal terá experiência em gestão de projetos na área de TI, com sólida formação acadêmica e habilidades em metodologias ágeis. O trabalho envolve supervisionar a coordenação entre equipes locais e internacionais, garantindo o sucesso dos projetos.

Qualificações

• 4-5 anos de experiência em PMO ou gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em TI.
• Experiência anterior no setor bancário ou financeiro é um plus.
• Proficiência em inglês (escrita e falada); francês é um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participar do desenvolvimento e acompanhamento dos orçamentos da equipe.
• Gerenciar projetos de transformação.
• Supervisionar a coordenação de projetos entre equipes em Lisboa/Madrid e Índia.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!

• Participate in the development and follow-up of team budgets, ensuring that the progress of projects aligns with financial objectives;
• Track and report on the financial status of ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Manage transformation projects;
• Oversee the coordination of projects across nearshoring (Lisbon/Madrid) and offshoring (India) teams;
• Ensure successful implementation of transformation activities through weekly meetings, action plans, and project reporting;
• Assist in the management of the project portfolio, providing support to project managers in consolidating, reporting, and controlling key project information;
• Develop and maintain PMO standards, processes, and best practices;
• Governance and Risk Management;
• Internal and External Communication;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field;
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred;
• 4-5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Management role, preferably in IT;
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage;
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting software;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• French proficiency is a plus.
