Devoteam is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure and Production Operation professional to guard the stability of our production and non-production environments. You will promote technical solutions, ensure security, and integrate requirements into the backlog while implementing technical user stories to accelerate delivery.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operation Steering.
• Mastery in monitoring/observability tools: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace.
• Experience with Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of security principles and risk mitigation.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and DevOps cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the guardian of technical environment stability (Production and non-Production) and ensure services remain in operational condition.
• Define and promote technical solutions based on existing infrastructure products, ensuring they meet architecture, security, and scalability standards.
• Integrate infrastructure and operating requirements into the Product Backlog. Implement technical User Stories to speed up and secure project delivery.
• Liaise with Application Production Support to implement robust monitoring using modern observability stacks.
• Drive automation and performance enhancements. Ensure up-to-date documentation and valid Disaster Recovery (ICP) plans are in place.
• Conduct security reviews, check machine access traceability, and identify operational bottlenecks (network, flows, etc.), proposing immediate action plans.

• Ability to train and support team members in adopting new tools and best practices.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
