You will own complex corporate banking and EMI onboarding across multiple jurisdictions and industries, acting as the critical link between internal Finance and Legal teams and external banking partners, relationship managers, and compliance officers.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Banking Onboarding Manager based in Portugal.

As a Banking Onboarding Manager, you will take ownership of complex corporate banking and EMI onboarding across multiple jurisdictions and high-risk industries. You will act as a key link between internal Finance and Legal teams and external banking partners, relationship managers, and compliance officers. Your expertise will help secure and maintain critical corporate accounts while ensuring demanding underwriting and regulatory requirements are met.

You will manage KYC, KYB, and AML processes, coordinate detailed corporate documentation, and keep applications moving efficiently from submission through approval. The role requires strong knowledge of international banking, complex ownership structures, and compliance requirements, combined with persistence and excellent organization. You will also support ongoing banking relationships through annual reviews, transaction queries, and corporate structure updates.

This is a highly autonomous, globally oriented role where your work directly supports the stability and scalability of essential financial operations.
