Air Liquide procura um Team Leader Know Your Client (KYC) para gerir uma equipa de Officers, organizando as atividades da equipa e assegurando que as operações cumprem as políticas KYC e os procedimentos internos.

O ocupante da função estará envolvido na implementação de mudanças, no treino oportuno e eficiente da equipa e no desenvolvimento de competências, com foco na qualidade, prazos e satisfação dos clientes.

Qualificações

• Masters in Law with 3–4 years of compliance experience.
• Expert knowledge in Compliance Vigilance.
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork.
• Ability to share / pass on knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to develop others and improve their skills.
• Ability to understand, explain and support change.
• Expert knowledge of Know Your Client (KYC).
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Definir objetivos e realizar revisões regulares com cada membro da equipa.
• Garantir bons resultados da equipa em linha com as metas de qualidade e prazos.
• Promover espírito de equipa entre os oficiais KYC e as partes interessadas.
• Assegurar monitorização e reporting de KPIs à Gestão.
• Proporcionar soluções para melhoria contínua e gestão de mudanças.
• Gerir recursos da equipa conforme as necessidades, incluindo reorganização, mobilidades e recrutamentos.
• Comunicar atempadamente sobre a atividade da equipa e potenciais issues.
• Assegurar que procedimentos, controles e investigações de incidentes estão atualizados.

Your Main Activities Are

• Define objectives and perform regular reviews with each team member to align performance with objectives- Ensure good performance on the team's results in line with quality target and deadlines- Foster strong team spirit across all KYC officers within the team and with all stakeholders- Foster strong customer focus with the sites- Ensure accurate and timely tracking and reporting of KPIs to the Management- Provide solutions for continuous improvement and change management. Initiate, propose and implement solutions to ensure a high level of service- Manage the team's resources according to the needs of the activity, including (when applicable) reorganisation, mobilities and recruitments- Responsible to share and communicate timely on the team's activity and any potential issues that may arise- Ensure that procedures are kept up to date, that KSPs / management controls are properly performed and incidents investigated timely
