Your responsibilities and impact as a Banking Customer Advisor will be:

  • Assisting customers with banking-related queries, mainly via email (e.g., card limit increase requests)

  • Performing other tasks related to banking activity depending on project needs

  • Coordinating office activities and ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Creating and updating financial, personnel, and customer records in databases

  • Collaborating in a diverse and multicultural team environment

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native-level French speaker (mandatory)

  • Good written skills in French with the ability to provide clear answers

  • Motivation, commitment, and willingness to relocate abroad

  • Team spirit and ability to work with multiple nationalities

  • Background in sales or commercial activities is a plus

  • Previous customer service or credit recovery experience is an advantage
