1GLOBAL is seeking a backend engineer to design, implement, and maintain the Network API, xSIM Management System, and Recording Platforms. You will help build scalable, secure architectures and deliver end-to-end features across our telecom platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in backend development, strong Go (or Java) experience, and a passion for microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of backend development experience; Go preferred.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Databases including PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration) and CI/CD.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• English proficiency for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate effort estimates for roadmap planning.
• Design resilient, scalable architectures for reliability.
• Develop features across Network API, xSIM, and Recording Platforms.
• Contribute incremental enhancements to codebases.
• Maintain modern, efficient solutions and run tests.
• Write tests and participate in code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support monitoring, observability, and end-to-end delivery.
