A Divine Home procura um Sales Support Specialist para atuar entre potenciais compradores e os agentes imobiliários em Portugal. Conduz leads quentes para visitas e orienta clientes durante a jornada de compra.

Responsabilidades

• Profiling de clientes para entender necessidades e timelines.
• Identificação de necessidades de aconselhamento financeiro e agendamento de deslocações.
• Condução de leads quentes para visitas agendadas.
• Colaboração com agentes imobiliários para selecionar propriedades e gerir visitas.
• Reativar clientes para futuras visitas e manter o pipeline com novas listagens.

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you are the vital bridge between potential buyers and our estate agents. You play a key role in converting warm leads into successful viewing appointments and guiding clients through their buying journey in Portugal. Every client's journey is unique. Some are ready to make a decision, while others need guidance and market insights.

Your key responsibilities:

• Client Profiling: Actively listen to prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and timeline.
• Advisory & Qualification: Identify mortgage/financial advice needs and establish concrete travel plans for viewings.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively guide warm leads toward scheduled viewing appointments.
• Agent Collaboration: Partner closely with estate agents to curate matching properties, organize viewing schedules, and support on-site logistics.
• Relationship Nurturing: Re-engage clients who didn't buy immediately, keeping them updated on new listings to secure future viewings.

• Experience: Real estate experience is a plus, but the right commercial attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
