Overview

We're Hiring: B2B Sales Specialist - Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Do you speak Spanish, French, German, or Dutch fluently and have strong English skills? Are you passionate about building relationships and driving business growth? Join our international sales team in Sofia, where you'll help expand our client base and develop long-term partnerships while enjoying a flexible hybrid work model.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid mix of office and remote days)
EU Passport required
Languages: One of Spanish / French / German / Dutch (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through outreach and networking

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Present tailored solutions to meet client business needs

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

  • Track activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
