Hey Harper in Lisbon is seeking a B2B Retail Operations Specialist to own the operational execution behind our growing retail business. You will manage End-to-end retail orders with major partners, coordinate with warehouses and logistics, and improve trackers and SOPs to keep shipments on time.

You’ll be deeply involved in retail operations, logistics, systems and data, using Excel/Sheets to monitor orders, identify risks early and drive practical process improvements while maintaining clear

Qualificações

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail operations or supply chain
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data-driven mindset
• Ability to own and improve operational processes

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end retail orders with major partners (Target, Walmart)
• Maintain visibility of active POs, blockers and risks
• Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams
• Identify risks affecting shipment timing, invoicing or payments
• Maintain and improve trackers, checklists and SOPs
• Audit active orders and critical documentation
• Investigate recurring issues and implement process improvements
• Support B2C fulfilment activities where needed
• Use data to support decisions and project work
