IG&H is seeking an experienced Azure & Dynamics 365 Developer to join our expanding team in Portugal. You will design and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions for Dutch clients, focusing on Azure, Dynamics 365, and modern DevOps practices.

You will collaborate with international teams, mentor peers, and help define cloud development best practices while delivering high-quality, robust systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related services.
• Proficient in C#/.NET; Node.js or Python is a plus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and version control.
• Knowledge of event-driven, microservices architectures and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and agile methodologies.
• Fluent English; comfortable working in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Build robust integrations using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
• Develop and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and cloud development best practices.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing.
• Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps practices with Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot, optimize production systems, and mentor junior team members.
• Perform code reviews and foster technical excellence within the team.

We're looking for an experienced Azure & Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that power mission-critical business processes.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure
• Build robust integrations and event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs (as a plus)
• Develop and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to solution architecture and help define best practices for cloud development
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps
• Troubleshoot and optimize production systems in complex environments
• Mentor junior team members, perform code reviews, and foster technical excellence within the team

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for building scalable cloud solutions and collaborating with international teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience developing software solutions in a professional environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, and Storage Accounts
• Solid development experience with C#/.NET (experience with Node.js or Python is a plus)
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines, and release management
• Good understanding of modern cloud architecture principles, including:
• Event-driven architectures
• Microservices;
• Messaging and integration patterns
• Scalable and resilient application design
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Fluent English and confidence working in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400, or equivalent)
• Experience with Event Grid and Event Hubs
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. ARM Templates)
• Experience in client-facing projects and working with distributed international teams
• Exposure to modern DevOps, monitoring, and observability practices
