Job summary

Softlanding is seeking two experienced Cloud Engineers to support core infrastructure operations and cloud services in a blended on-premises and Microsoft Azure environment. The role focuses on Windows Server, Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365 and identity management, alongside BAU operations, automation and project delivery.

Responsibilities include administering Windows Server, managing Azure VM and networking, Entra ID, 365/Exchange, and ongoing automation with PowerShell and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments in enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on Azure IaaS administration and cloud management.
• Experience with Entra ID, hybrid Active Directory and identity management.
• Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange.
• DNS and general infrastructure services knowledge.
• Familiar with ITSM, incident management, changes and Azure DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server across VMware and Azure.
• Manage Azure infrastructure: VMs, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid AD.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange services, DNS and Dynamics infra.
• Perform daily health checks, monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests and changes via ITSM, ADO and CAB.
• Automate provisioning with PowerShell, Terraform and ADO pipelines.
• Apply least-privilege security and maintain runbooks in Confluence.
• Provide occasional support for Google Cloud Platform.
