Job summary

Hexa is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, govern and evolve enterprise platform capabilities in the financial markets sector. The role focuses on AWS, Internal Developer Platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability and reusable engineering standards.

You will define and promote enterprise standards, design CI/CD frameworks, own the Internal Developer Platform strategy and improve productivity, security and time-to-market across product teams.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps or SRE.
• Experience defining enterprise platform standards, CI/CD frameworks and developer platform capabilities.
• Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in large-scale environments.
• Experience with version control, configuration management, software delivery and deployment automation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with observability, reliability, incident management and operational excellence.
• Experience building or operating Internal Developer Platforms.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, vulnerability management, secrets management, policy-as-code and compliance automation.
• Experience with platform governance, DORA metrics and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ownership, autonomy, accountability and a collaborative mindset.
