RED Global in Portugal is seeking a Senior AWS DevSecOps Engineer to lead the DevOps practice in a hybrid, faster-paced environment. You will drive design, deployment and operation of secure, scalable cloud solutions for business-critical applications.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS, IaC (CloudFormation, CDK) and CI/CD tooling (CodeBuild, CodePipeline), plus mentoring the team and promoting best practices across security, reliability and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing technical direction.
• Design, deploy and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and evolve IaC using CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
• Design, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines using CodeBuild and CodePipeline.
• Promote DevOps, Cloud, Security and IaC best practices across teams.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, security and reliability of applications and cloud environments.
• Explore and introduce AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation to improve engineering productivity, operations, observability, troubleshooting and software delivery.

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for an experienced DevOps Technical Lead to join an international and collaborative environment, taking a key role in the development, modernisation and operation of business-critical digital solutions

• Role: Senior AWS DevSecOps Engineer
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid - 2days per week onsite Portugal - Braga
• Duration: 12months+
• Capacity: Full time
• Language: English and Portuguese

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing technical direction, supporting team development and promoting engineering best practices
• Design, deploy and maintain scalable and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure;
• Implement and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK;
• Design, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline
