Hexa People is seeking a hands‑on Cloud Engineer to shape our AWS foundations in a complex, multi‑account environment. You will design scalable architectures and automate infrastructure to enable other teams to move faster and more securely.

Using Terraform, CloudFormation and IAM/SCPs, you will implement secure networking, governance and continuous delivery, drive reliability, and analyze incidents to prevent future issues.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience in complex environments, including AWS Organizations, multi-account architecture, Landing Zones and SCPs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform modules and state management, IAM/cross-account access, AWS networking and CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production cloud infrastructure, managing critical incidents and producing structured root-cause analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve scalable AWS multi-account architectures, including AWS Organizations, governance and cross-account patterns.
• Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation and CloudFormation StackSets.
• Implement secure identity and access management using IAM, AWS Identity Center, SCPs and least-privilege principles.
• Design and operate resilient AWS networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53 and VPC endpoints.
• Improve platform reliability through CI/CD automation, incident response, root‑cause analysis, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.
